Secondary sealing of insulating glass is a key process ensuring sealing performance and service life. Key points:

1. Substrate: aluminum spacer and glass surfaces must be clean, dry and oil-free.

2. Accurate ratio: two-component sealant must be mixed strictly per the A:B ratio and stirred evenly.

3. Environment: application temperature 15℃~30℃, relative humidity below 75%.

4. Curing: after application, insulating glass units must cure under constant temperature and humidity before the next process.

5. Quality control: regularly sample-test adhesion, hardness and other indicators to ensure stable quality.
